CUSTOM ORDERS

Original designs do take time to create and are a collaboration of your concepts and mine. This is an iterative process, which is difficult to put to a time line. After our initial contact, I can better assess what would be required to begin work and start on a design. My commitment to you is to produce a unique design that reflects your individual style. Terms and conditions will be discussed at the initial meeting. Thanks to the internet and the tools that I use in creating a design, we can collaborate via email and phone to achieve the desired result.

ORDERING

You may place orders for items offered for sale on this site via sales@kathleenkrucoff.com or by calling my studio 719.494.1405. Glass Art listed for sale are one of a kind, so there is only one in stock. Glass pieces are ready for immediate shipment, however, stained glass windows require special preparation for shipment, which can take up to 24 - 72 hours.

All Colorado residents will be charged Colorado State Sales Tax.

PAYMENT

VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Personal checks are accepted, however, the item ordered will not ship until your check has cleared, which can take up to 15 days. Payment and shipping arrangements are made at the time an order is placed.

SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.

RETURNS
Upon receipt of the art work you have ordered, you have a 48-hour approval period. If the art work does not meet your expectations, notify me within that time.

Items must be returned in original condition for refund within 7 days of receiving them.

Customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance.

Krucoff Studios and Kathleen Krucoff will not be responsible for articles lost or damaged in the shipping process! You must insure your package.

There will be a 5% restocking fee charged.
